IT Security Consultant 

Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid – up to 3 days remote)
Salary: €55,000 – €100,000 gross/year
Languages: German & English (C1 required)

Revive Recruitment is partnering with an innovative cybersecurity company to find their next IT Security Consultant. You’ll work on exciting security challenges for some of Germany’s top enterprises, helping defend against threats and improve incident response capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze logs and event files to uncover attacks and anomalies

  • Monitor systems for unusual activity and security threats

  • Improve and document security incident response processes

  • Advise clients on preventative IT security measures

  • Collaborate with teams such as SOC, CERT, or CDC

  • Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients

 What You’ll Bring

  • You’ll have proven experience in IT Security, Cyber Defense, or similar technical roles

  • Hands-on experience in both Linux and Windows environments

  • You’ll have strong communication skills in German and English (C1)


  • Self-driven with a sense of ownership and quality focus

 

Bonus Points For

  • Ideally have Certifications like OSCP, OSEP, CISSP, or CISM

  • Familiarity with tools such as CrowdStrike or Plangs

  • Experience working in SOC, CERT, or Red/Blue Teams

  • Previous client-facing cybersecurity advisory roles
