Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols, security technologies, and best practices to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Security Design: Design and implement network security solutions to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access controls.

2. Security Architecture: Develop and maintain network security architecture blueprints, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization.

3. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, evaluate threats, and recommend remediation strategies.

4. Incident Response: Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to and mitigate security incidents.

5. Security Monitoring: Implement and manage security monitoring tools and systems to detect and respond to security threats in real-time.

6. Security Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to network security, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, software development, and compliance, to integrate security best practices into all aspects of the organization's operations.

8. Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization's network security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network security architecture and design.
